This bacon is flavorful, the right balance of fat to meat and the right thickness for crispyness. Not too salty. I bake in on a rack over a jelly roll pan with parchment paper under, at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, depending on how done I want it. Bag it when it's cool and store it in the breakfast bin in the fridge. Because there's no sugar in it, I save the grease for other frying adventures! Read more
