Absolutely enjoy eating this bacon, there was no overwhelming taste of salt only the sturdiness of the meat itself. Whenever I purchase this bacon there are no discoloration, unpleasant odors of any kind and am always immensely pleased. The fat tastes just as good as the meat itself although don't intentionally eat it.... in the moment. The cooking time for this bacon is not long.
