Mine failed after 2 years and company won't repair or provide parts

I do not recommend Airocide APS products. My unit failed after 2 years. I requested a repair, and the company told me they don't do repairs. I asked if it was possible to order replacement parts (fan unit), and they said no. So essentially if your unit fails, you've got a 10 pound paper weight. Now, on to performance. The CFM flow of my unit was quite low, even on the highest fan settings. Even for the small walk-in pantry that I kept it in, it took a LONG time to eliminate odors. My opinion is that it wouldn't be terribly effective in cleaning a large room. Read more
