Not only can I adjust the weight by the amount of water, but I can transport them easily (in an RV) when not in use, without the extra weight. They seal well. Even partially filled with water, they balance well, too. I was afraid the water would make them difficult to handle, sloshing around, but they are easy to carry, moving your arms while you walk. Filled with water, these are about 3 lb each. They work great for my low-impact aerobic class. When I'm done, I take them outside and water the plants. What's not to love? Read more
These are very easy to use and I’ve gotten quite a lot of use out of them already and it’s just the beginning of the summer. I order these to have some variation in my water activities. I swim about an hour a day. It gets a little boring in the pool. These make it much less so because you can do a whole lot with them. I’ve actually been able to do a fly while I’m laying on my back. I ordered the blue color which matches perfectly with my pool of course. I took one star off because I figured they could be a little heavier, but if I filled them with something other than water they would be. I think that if you’re looking for something to add to your regular water activities, this is a great idea. If you have them, then you’ll use them and they’re easy to use. You find yourself doing all kinds of strange movements, but that’s great. It’s better than sitting on the side of the pool doing nothing. So even if you’re not an avid swimmer, you can still get a lot of benefit from using these. And if you’re like myself, someone who is always in the water this is a nice adjunct to your regular routine. For the price point I would recommend these, especially if you’re looking for a way to stay active in your pool, that’s not the same old thing. I knew about these things for years. I never ordered them. But this year I’m feeling a little bored with my routine. These have helped! Read more
