The 5 Star on this review is for the Ability to call and speak to the vendors customer Service agents. They are concerned and all about addressing the issue of the call. Also prompted action to standing in back of their Product. The agent I spoke to,Maeve H. Was outstanding in how she handled my issue. Yes 5 star Customer Service. The issue that I am having is that the flow from top of pitcher to filtered reservoir is slow. But I am comparing these filters to Brita which are higher cost and are a different product. The Aqua Crest filter is Value priced. I am going to pay close attention to the flow issue and Get back to them. I will say that the filters do a good job in filtering the water for chlorine taste.
