The skirting ends ARE finished with a small hem, the inserts are well-attached, the material is strong and nicely designed, and the size is right on. This is a solid swimdress with an extra area of adjustment at the back. I got the 24W to fit my top as I already have a cute skirtini bottom. I knew the bottoms would be big, but they are nice to change into or for the pool. It has a pretty scalloped top. It's all about the strap and back adjustments to make things perky for a 42DDD, but it worked. It's comfortable and flattering. I normally like more cleavage showing, but for swimming in the surf, this feels more secure, yet isn't too modest for me. There's no tummy control - I don't want it in a flowy swimdress anyways. Thought fit was very true to size. Adjustable straps were good. I found stitching in the bottoms along the crotch a “little off” but it didn’t bother me much.
