Good scented splash for after shave. Even with micro cuts it doesn't sting as much as one would expect. I like it as a good back up to the truly expensive stuff I have around, all of which burn directly after shaving. This is a classic and the price cannot be beat. Read more

Never cared for the regular Aqua Velva, too harsh this shares characteristics with the original of course but the musk makes it much better. I usually put it on after a shower just to smell decent around the house or to make a quick run to the store. I have tons of expensive colognes but still love this. Lasts about 2 1/2 to 3 hrs which is great for an aftershave and the smell is decent! 👍 Read more

Scent is decent but nowhere near as strong as their other ones. The bottle seems to be shaped differently that it always spills a little off the side and needs to be rinsed before putting away. Read more

Recently got into Wet Shaving and have acquired a short list of the classic aftershaves and this one still remains one of my favorites along with the blue colored original. Even though I always try to pair my shave soaps with matching aftershaves I still on occasion will use an unscented version or soap and will choose one of the classic splash-ons and once I tried this I keep finding myself using it more and more. It has an excellent old school scent that has a small hint of citrus overtop the musk that makes an excellent all-around combination for any occasion. The price on Amazon was also considerably less than the prices from local drug stores. Read more
