I originally bought this as a cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive hypochlorous acid brands, and it’s ended up being something I keep on hand all the time. I use it for a wide range of everyday deodorizing and light cleaning tasks—spraying hats after wearing them, refreshing outerwear, misting the bed and furniture, wiping down the dog bed, and even doing a quick wipe of counters now and then. I don’t use it daily, more like weekly or biweekly, but it gives that “clean” feeling you’d normally associate with bleach—without actually using bleach. The smell is very mild and fresh, almost like clean hospital or doctor’s office bedding, and it dissipates quickly. That’s a big plus for me since I have two dogs and two cats and try to avoid heavy fragrances around them. The jug lasts a long time, especially if you decant it into a spray bottle. I read some of the other reviews and it’s true—it leaves a white salt residue at full strength. Especially through a Fogger. It’s just the water turned back into salt. Took a long time to wipe it down and away. Maybe this is all hocl at such a high ppm? The next time I used it diluted at half strength and it was much better. No problem. The half strength is still a very high ppm. If it says hocl on the container, it should be hocl. It’s part of the bleach family but it’s not bleach. It’s the non toxic family member. That’s why the smell is similar if you stick your nose close to the big bottle. The price is competitive. Read more

Bought after seeing so many people talk about using for cleaning/air purifying. Seemed to help but can’t say for sure. Cost wise seems expensive to use they way influencers suggest. I'm officially an unpaid spokesperson for this because it has changed my life. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats and no matter how much I cleaned with other products, the smell lingered. Now I keep this in a few amber spray bottles around the house and just spray down all surfaces and the place smells better than it did when i'd deep clean! I’ve been using another brand of hypochlorite acid without issue- no residue, no strong smell, etc. This one smells AWFUL as soon as you open it and it has destroyed everything I sprayed it on. Massive residue on everything, discoloration on everything, and it even pitted the surface of some of my items. I’m super disappointed and will NOT be purchasing this brand ever again. We will go back to the Clean Safe brand which is pricier but worth it for not having to deal with purchasing new items and the headache involved with this one. Read more
