I wouldn't say this is a fake product like other customers are claiming but I will say they definitely changed their recipe (which I honestly expected once they decided to sell outside of salons). The shampoo quality (moisturizing feel) just isn't as nice as it used to be but the ultimate turn-off for me buying it again is the fragrance. I've used this same shampoo for a decade now but this recipe has changed the fragrance from a salty air beach scent to man's cologne that makes me wrinkle my nose every time I use it. Once I'm done with the bottle I'll be using a different shampoo. Read more
