I recently endured a "Blue -Light Therapy for Actinic Keratosis (in other words, killing off pre-cancer cells from those years of my youth when I did not think I needed sunscreen)." First off, this Blue -Light Therepy is no fun and if is not a motivator for wearing sunscreen, I don't know what is. Back to my review: My dermotolgist specifically recommended Aquaphor for moisturizing during the post treatment healing process. I found that if I mixed in a little water, using my hands, it made for a smooth mositurizing product. And, as a bonus, I found that in a pinch the same watered down Aquaphor works as a hair product, and not a bad one either! Read more
Been using this for at least ten years now. First got it as a sample when I ran a 10k race. It helps heal cracked and dry skin. I use it on my lips, too, and on my dog's nose. Read more
This is my first winter in a dry climate moving from TX to NC. I've NEVER had dry skin until now and was shocked at how awful and sore it made my hands especially. I tried regular lotions but my skin was so cracked already that it burned. I looked around for quite awhile until I ran across aquaphor. I wish I had an after picture because within an hour or two of putting it onto my hands, the redness was gone! It was instantly soothing even, no stinging that some moisturizers caused. It was a blessing and a miracle. Highly recommend!! Read more
Aquaphor is great and I think should be a stable in every household. Obviously it’s thick and greasy but that’s the point and it gets the job done. It’s so versatile and can be used for everything. Great for cracked heals, elbows, feet, great for protecting cuts and burns, gentle enough for kids and babies, works as a lip balm, I even use a small amount on my face on dry patches and under my eyes to seal in all my serums and moisturizer. Every tome I go to the beach I apply this under or over my sunscreen to protect my skin against the salt water. Same goes for skiing to protect against wind burn. The only reason I took off a star is because the applicator is weird, it has this weird foam tip. It doesn’t bother me I just think it’s unnecessary and next tome I’ll just get a bottle with a pump or a normal squeeze tube. Read more

This is the best product I have found for dry, rough skin on my elbows and feet. It's greasy (like Vasoline) so I put on socks so as not to mess up my floors, or slip and fall. Read more
My daughter develops really dry skin on the tops of her knuckles during the winter time. Knowing she can put this on without making a mess all over the place is why this deserves five stars. Read more
