I wanted to buy a water floss or my teeth are very close together very hard to floss with regular flossing material. I wanted a company that did not test on animals. That was cruelty free. I researched and found this company was and I am very happy with the product. It works great so far. I’ve only used one of the flossing devices, but it appears to have three other devices that can be used right now. I’m just very happy it’s easy to fill with water by the time you finish there is no water left in it. It’s easy to charge up. This was a gift for my husband. He loves it so much he had me order 2 more. He is always commenting about how much more food debris comes out with this unit as opposed to just brushing and rinsing. The unit does the job, it is easy to operate. It is the perfect size for his large hands and my small hands. The water pressure is just right for dislodging food, it makes very little noise, the buttons are perfectly located for easy on off operations. My question to the manufacture is: Why does your product have to be so powerful? Flossers should be able to adjust the pressure. As a consumer, you do not have a choice with this flosser. The water chamber does not last very long. It does work! You will loosen and remove a LOT between your teeth-amazing the amount. It is so worth the price and very good for your health. JOD Read more

Excellent product. If you have never used one start off soft. Use warm water for a better experience. This is definitely an upgrade from an old one. Great price for a great sonic flosser. Has superb battery life. One charge would last an entire week vacation. Compact design makes storage and cleaning quick and easy. No loss of water from any of the tubing. The nozzles are easy to install. Long life and perfect flossing ability, I can say i would highly recommend. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Overall, I do like this water flosser. I think it's way more powerful than my Waterpik. The soft mode is literally the "high" mode on my Waterpik. The normal mode is pretty powerful. So, make sure you use the soft mode if you've never used a water flosser before. I got this to replace my Waterpik because I wanted a pink one, but Waterpik doesn't really have any colors. So, I chose to go with this AquaSonic Water Flosser instead. If you're looking for a waterflosser, I do recommend this because I do quite like it. However, there are way too many design flaws for it to be a 5 star product. CONS- 1) The "rose gold" is not remotely close to a rose gold. It is straight up just a copper color. It legitimately doesn't even match its own color on the box... That was a huge disappointment for me just based on color. 2) The on/off button is in an extremely weird spot. I've hit it accidently multiple times now and I've gotten my bathroom quite messy because of that. It's so easy to press that just the slightest little bump turns it on/off. The placement of this button was not a good design at all. 3) The little cover that protects the charging port is EXTREMELY small. You can see how small it is in my pictures. If you lose that, you risk your flosser not working as water can get inside the port. What I do is I immediately place it away in the drawer right next to me when I'm charging the flosser so that I can't misplace it / lose it. 4) The quick release to change out the heads is completely useless. Why even add a quick release if you can't take the heads off easily? I had to ask my husband to see if I was doing something wrong! He tried it and had the same issue as me, but he got it off easily when he applied MORE force. My question is, why add a quick release if you need to use a lot of force anyways? My video shows how it's not as easy to take it off. 5) Water tank is too small. You have to put more water in constantly. I have a "small mouth" and even I have to put more water in 2-3 times. If these cons don't bother you, I would still recommend this product. It flosses well. The duration is not very long since you have to constantly put more water in the tank, but the charge does last for a while. Read more
