This purifier works really well. The water tastes good and it filters it very quickly. We are a two person household and even then, we have to refill it fairly often, but it's very easy to do. It's a natural routine for us now. I wish the carafe was a little thicker. The first unit we bought arrived with the carafe completely broken. Why a company doesn't package their product better, I don't know. We were sent a quick replacement however so we are happy. It is super easy to set up and it doesn't take up anymore counter space than a coffee maker would. That's good for us, because we rent and an under the counter system wouldn't work for us. Read more

Update - 4/15/ 2025 I replaced my PRE filter on 4-14-25 and my VOC filter on 4-15-25.That is just a little over 6 month life span for those 2 filters. My water is considered moderately hard. It in my opinion a 6 month life span for 6 carafes filtered daily is a good performance. I just purchased the descaling Kit and have yet to use it. The unit is a nice size for my counter. It still makes great-tasting water. To the manufacturer - Can you make the unit in Blue? How about a stainless steel carafe top instead of a plastic top? Tap water drinker dislikes the taste and cost of bottled water but also hate the taste of tap water. Pain in the butt to reclaim deposits on bottle empties. Try not to be subjected to Microplastic particles where I can help it. Uses an ample amount of Lemon and Lime juice to kill the chlorine smell and lousy taste of my tap water.
