"I like it. Picasso" (Its perfect to me)
Okay let me start by saying I am constantly buying new bags looking for the perfect edc bag that fits my needs...much like a girl with purses. 😅 After numerous years of trying various bags with different styles and features, they pretty much all let me down in some way...but then I found this one. It is the perfect size bag for my needs. I use it for work to hold various things I might need or want throughout the day such as a Nintendo switch inside of a case, a book, headphones, my pipe bag, etc...there is plenty of space for a daily bag for various uses, but probably not quite big enough for a multi-day camping trip. The mesh side pocket could probably be used to hold a water thermos or something if you wanted as it has a draw string, but any thermos or bottle that is taller might not fit as confidently. It has enough pockets aside from the main compartment to store various things out of the way safely. The skinny pocket on the side of the front face is perfect for a spare mag, inhaler, or something of similar size. Would not fit a phone though unless youre using an old skinny flip phone. I havent noticed any smells able to escape the bag...I keep my pipe bag inside and cant smell any tobacco through it, so if you use it as a gym bag your stank will probably be safely hidden away. I'm not sure if it's waterproof/resistant, but I didn't need it to be, so its of no concern to me, but may be too you. The zippers feel good and havent given me any issues, plus, there are two zipper pulls on the main pocket so if one fails you have the other. The canvas seems durable enough for daily use. I have yet to experience any tears or wearing on the product and my bag has been full and heavy, and used daily since It arrived. The hand straps feel like decent quality and I doubt they'll fail from basic use. The arm strap is your basic cheap adjustable strap, but it has a sliding pad for comfort...although if you like to keep the shoulder strap extra short the pad probably wont position properly to use it since the plastic piece used for adjustment sort of limits how centered the pad can be depending on the length of the strap. For those that like a normal medium to longer shoulder strap it will be fine. You can take the strap off and replace it with whatever strap you want though just like most bags with clipped on straps. There is a long flap pocket inside the bag that technically separates a section on the side of the inside into its own pocket, but I dont use it and it doesnt seem super useful since a full bag would prevent anything from fitting in there anyway. It makes some noise if you have a heavier load inside..a sort of grinding of the plastic clips, but haven't noticed any damage, nor does it really bother me. I'd say my one complaint about the bag is probably that the bottom doesn't have any sort of harder base, like an internal kydex sheet, or cardboard or anything to maintain the shape while in use, so it's not a solid base, but the same loose canvas as the rest of the bag. Ie: you could just crumple it up into a ball. You can see the bag bend and fold at times depending on the weight distribution of the items inside, but its not a big deal to me and doesn't hinder the bags use or comfort. Small enough to fit into my locker at work, but large enough to carry daily items without being overly bulky, or inconvenient like a large or even a medium sized backpack. Would make a good range bag. Has molle. Overall, I'd say if you're a stickler for edc bags, but dont want to spend a lot of money, then this bag is perfect. The best one I've personally used for edc. I love it. And if mine ever gets damaged I'd buy another for sure. Read more
