I found out about these from a pediatric orthopedic doctor and I'm so glad I did. We have our 3 year old in a size 11 high top shoe with a 9-10 arch angel insert. The inserts fit perfectly, never slide, and they're so comfortable that she doesn't even realize they're in the shoes. And most importantly, they've done their job perfectly (she doesn't have any issues anymore with her ankle going out or her feet folding underneath her randomly. Read more

My child had been experiencing heel pain and would often walk around limping. I brought her to a podiatrist and she was diagnosed with having Sever's disease. As soon as she started wearing her New Balance running shoes with the Arch Angel inserts, the pain gradually diminished and my daughter is now pain-free. The insoles were comfortable right from the beginning and she did not need an adjustment period. She can take the inserts out and put them into other shoes as well. I highly recommend purchasing these inserts to help your child if he/she needs the support. Read more

My son got less than 2 months of use from these supports before they were worn out. They were great at first. My son immediately had relief when he played sports. However, the arch's have already collapsed. A concave indention has formed along the ridge of the arch. This would seem to me evidence that the arch supports are collapsing downward eliminating the benefit of their intended purpose. As I said. my son had immediate relief and had not been complaining about his feet at all over the last month. That is, until tonight. He had started having sever plantar fasciatis which was aggravated with higher activity levels like sports. As I said, he had not been complaining about his feet at all the last month, until tonight after baseball practice. He was complaining about those tell tale signs again of plantar fasciatis. He was complaining of that sharp stabbing pain in the ball of his foot. I inspected the inserts when we got home and that's when I noticed the flattening and indentation along the arches. Read more

I got these for my son who has flat feet and severely underpronates. He has custom orthotics but hates to wear them and at only 3 this causes some real tantrums within an hour of wear. So knowing that he needed SOMETHING to support his body I got these. He LIKES them. For the first time yesterday he actually brought me his shoes and wanted them on, and he wore them ALL day without any complaints. He was running, jumping, and really just enjoying himself! The reason I gave them only 4 stars is that unfortunately they don't fit in the shoe with the factory insole and they aren't full length. So how I remedied this was cutting the factory insole just before the end of the "arch angel" so he can still have padding at his forefoot and toes. This seems to have worked out perfectly. Now his heel sits nicely in the cup of the shoe and there is no popping out or sliding off. Something to consider doing if you know your child is the only who will ever wear them. Hand me down shoes should be avoided anyhow due to breakdown and differences in foot pronation, supination, arch heights, and gait person to person. Wearing shoes broken into one persons feet can wreak havoc on another's feet. Read more

My 9 yr old daughter is very athletic and unfortunately has flat feet. She needs good support in her shoes so that she can avoid pain that comes with running and jumping and being very active. Its time for new sneakers for the new school year and we've tried on over 50 pairs- both boy and girls sneakers- and none work for her feet. I've tried several insoles and they don't work for her. As a last resort, I found and ordered these Arch insoles which are made of firm foam. I chose these b/c of reviews posted (in many forums other than Amazon) and because there were no shipping costs (as a Prime I don't like to pay shipping). Once received, we went back to the store and tried three of her favorite sneakers crossing our fingers these inserts worked. The did! What a relief. We bought high tops for basketball and running sneakers for gym. They did increase her shoe size by .5 so it was good that we had the arches in hand when trying on the sneakers. I will purchase once again for the second pair of sneakers. Read more

My son has not complained about his feet hurting since he started wearing these insoles! They fit his tennis shoes perfectly so he wears them all day. They don't fit in his cleats for baseball, but after wearing them all day he does fine without them in his cleats and hasn't complained after practice or games since either. Read more

Needed to find a good insole for my 7 year old due to collapsed arches. Its super hard to buy things like this on the internet, especially when you don't know how these are going to fit. I read a lot of great reviews and went for it. These have been a blessing!. Not only do they fit well, but after several months of wearing them my kiddo no longer complains of her feet and ankles hurting. Score!!! Read more
