I’m seeking arch support like this but with a softer cushion for ball of foot… first day it seemed ok but second day my joints were so aggravated I had to apply methylene blue with red light/infared for an hour and hyaluronic acid with joint support supplement help soothe the area…. It’s been a long time since it flared up so I knew it was from these inserts :p it’s so hard to find an arch support w soft cushion at front of foot so I end up eventually cutting insoles in half and sewing on a soft foam for the top area… hope that helps anyone with joint pain x Read more

These are great shoe inserts for anyone needing a bit more cushion and support in their shoes. For me I actually would like a bit more arch support then these provide but I have that issue with any store bought inserts, so more of a personal issue then one with this product.
