Don't buy if you are a female unless your shoes are 2 sizes to big
If you are a woman that wears a size 8 sketchers don't buy this, I hobbled to work and waited for these to arrive, they came in and I thought yes maybe tomorrow I won't be in so much pain at work. Wrong, the heel is to wide for my shoes, when I forced it into my shoe I couldn't fit my foot into my shoe, no room. These must be for mens shoes but it did not say that. So I wasted that 20.00, I immediately ordered the procare for women but they won't arrive for 2 days so that's 2 days of working on my feet in pain. Read more

Skeptical at first but no issues. Very supportive
I have plantar fasciitis. I was skeptical about the big domed cushion in the front (behind ball of foot) but I have worn them a couple of days now, and there is no issue. I like the support it provides. The middle of the insole is firm and gives really good support in the arch, and it tapers to a more flexible area at the front. I have thrown away many pairs of insoles because they were too flimsy and had too little support. These have been really good. Read more

I ordered 8.5 dor woman and they were for a man shoe 11 and 12. Way too big for me but fit in my husband's shoes so we kept them. Read more
