It helps but i got flat feet and it pushed on my arch a little too much. It also feels like my foot is rubbing right on plastic. Like if my foot is bare. I guess i will get used to them eventually. I kept it because it does support the foot. I use alternate days Read more

I wear these insoles in the sneakers I use to do chores around the house, dog walks and yardwork instead of my custom orthotics so those don't get dirty. These feel great and are a good value. They are not super squishy but neither are my orthotics. They were very easy to cut to size. I bought a size Small. I wear a women's size 9, am 170lbs and I have wide bony feet with very a little natural padding and occasional plantar fasciitis. Highly recommend, they are a great value!
