My issue is/was a very sore ball of my foot pain coming from the second-to-big-toe bones under the foot hitting first all the time (as explained by the foot doctor). He said I needed more arch support to minimize this contact. These have the great arch support and some excellent padding for the ball of foot area. They also have great padding in the heel. Many others I tried don't have the same padding in the ball of foot area -- despite looking like they would per their product description. I may experiment with some others, but this is my second pair and they are more comfortable than $45 inserts I have. I am on my 3rd week of wearing these and they seem to be very durable, also. I work as on online grocery shopper at Amazon Fresh and average 7000-8000 steps in a 4-hour shift. These inserts provided immediate relief from the fatigue and tenderness felt in the balls of my feet on day one of use. I purchased these for insertion in Naturalizer Black Leather tie and zip up work boots. I tried them in a pair of Reebok Cloud Technology tennis shoes but they are too thick. I purchased another product made by this company for my tennis shoes and will share my experience with those upon receipt and use. The insertion and use of these inserts is pretty straightforward. Minimal trimming required on the foot that’s larger than the other. I’ve tried other inserts by Superfeet, but these provide the support and relief promised by the manufacturer straight out the box, Pricey but your feet will thank you in advance and every time you slip on your work boots or work shoes.
