This wrap provides great relief to my injured shoulder, but as others have said, it is a little awkward to put on by myself and is quite hard/solid straight out of the freezer. It does get more flexible. I don't walk around the house with it on; I just sit in the recliner and rest, so it is reasonably comfortable. It is very reasonably priced at $22.99 for at-home therapy. Worked really good for me. I am 5'7 and weigh 180 lbs. Covered my whole shoulder, stayed really cold for 20 minutes and was comfortable to wear. Fit similar as on their picture. If you are bigger, it will not cover as much as in the picture. I was able to wash dishes and walk around normally while wearing it. Only downsize is it is difficult to put on. You have to slip it on over your head and then have someone else do your arm tightening. If you re limber you might be able to tighten the arm and slip the whole thing on but so far, I cannot. I am a fairly large guy (6' ~280lbs but working on it!) and this ice pack fits me comfortably with a little room to spare. The coverage is very good and the felt helps protect the arm side from condensation. It's been great after a weekend of throwing the baseball around with my son and really helps my shoulder recover. The instructions state to store the pack flat in the freezer for cold use and that is certainly recommended however the gel stays pliable and can be pushed around if it gets bunched up in the freezer. My only knock is that the bicep strap is a bit awkward. It is so long I couldn't initially figure out how to get it secure but was essentially able to double wrap it eventually. Still, not the easiest thing to get snug on the opposite side of your body. I also love that it can be used hot if that's what you need, but note that does require getting the pack to room temp prior to heating it so it can't quickly go from cold to hot. The ice pack gets COLD and stays cold, but that's about where the pros end. This ice pack wrap is impossible to put on by yourself, which means it's not very helpful for those who don't have someone nearby to help constantly. Additionally, the part at the top doesn't lay down, so while it gets your upper arm and lower shoulder nice and cold, the entire rest of your shoulder/neck get no relief. I really enjoy the idea here, but without it covering the entire shoulder, there's more benefit in using a heavy gel ice pack. Read more
