The pillow portion of the abduction pillow is NOT SUFFICIENT to keep your arm abducted “out” as it should with shoulder surgery or any type surgery on your upper arm or shoulder. Need more padding in the pillow. Read more

The picture would seem to show this pad to be about as wide as your arm, but it’s actually much thinner and will not provide the support as expected. It’s about 2 inches wide but can be easily squeezed to less than an inch..so support is not much Read more
Perfect for frozen shoulder!
I jave frozen shoulder. This has been really helpful for pain relief while walking around or sitting. I added some extra memory foam stuffing from one of my other pillows to make this one extra firm. It is smaller than what the picture shows but it works great! Read more
