Ardell Nourish Lashes 751 False Eyelashes with Peptides Biotin Infused Band Lash Glue Included Natural Wispy Strip Lashes

I have recently (the past few months) stopped getting my lashes done and switched back to strips. I needed a break (my lashes/eyes did too), I'm saving a ton of money and I've been extremely impressed with the new lash strips/products from Ardell. The infused band/adhesive here sounded amazing (and too good to be true), so I had to give these a try. ⭐️ARRIVAL & PACKAGING⭐️ The 4 pack of lashes arrived super quick. Each individual box is sealed (exactly like you would get from a store) with the set of lashes and a very small tube of glue inside. The 4 boxes are then sealed tight in plastic. ⭐️THE LASHES⭐️ I picked up the 753's and I'm pretty obsessed with the lashes! They are really soft, wispy and have natural movement. These do not feel like the cheap/budget plastic lashes at all. When I first touched them, I had to refer back to the box to see what they were made from. They feel/move like high quality faux mink and are nice and light. I love the wispy, overlapping fan clusters because they can look so innocent and cute but also super sexy siren too. They are what you need them to be really. They aren't too long. have great curl and are full, but they do not look like eyelash brooms. They are also easy to trim (and still look great). ⭐️THE BAND⭐️ This is thin, flexible and easy to work with.. You don't get the straight corners that refuse to curve and poke you in the side of the lid. While these aren't as flexible as the flex bands, they are right behind. I'm surprised because I really didn't think the band would have any of the good stuff mentioned, rather I thought it would all be in the Duo Nourish glue. Well I was wrong! When you look at the ingredient list (for both the band and the glue- I'll post both below) we can see that the band really IS infused with biotin, peptides and niacinamide as is the glue! Matter of fact, the glue also has sodium hyaluronate, vitamin E, castor oil and more. It's like a skincare dream come true. ⭐️THE GLUE⭐️ I was amazed at how many amazing, power house ingredients were in this glue, but I was a bit worried that it would be nourishing, but not strong. Again, I was proven wrong! At first I went a little overboard with the glue., wanting all the nourishment I could get. I quickly learned however that's not the way to go, as the glue really doesn't dry down well when it's too thick. The typical thin line (a few carefully spaced dots, spread across the band) is all you need. Let that glue dry down a bit (until slightly tacky) before getting these in place- just like any other strip lash application. The glue, which is white on application but dries clear holds the lashes in place all day- in the wind, rain, snow or humidity. It doesn't feel crusty and the lashes don't pop off the corners either. One of the major differences is removal. While this holds like cement, you don't have that terrible pulling on removal. The strips peel off easily and without pain. The glue is also pretty easy to clean off the bands too. ⭐️RESULTS⭐️ I have been wearing these daily since they arrived (about 2 weeks now). I feel like it's too early to comment on lash growth, but I can say, without a doupt that my lashes are super soft, shiny and look healthy. I'm also not experiencing any fall-out when the strips are removed eithet. So I guess I have noticed some positive and beneficial changes and I'm quite greatful for them too. Im excited to see what the future holds. I'll also add that the glue/lashes has never aggrieved my eyes, contacts or skin (which is sensitive). ⭐️FINAL THOUGHTS⭐️ As I mentioned in the beginning, I have been amazed to see all the advancements with strip lashes. They are no longer a hassle or pain. I guess we should have seen that coming though, as they need to get all the people who switched to extensions back. I ordered the Ardell Nourish Lashes 753 four-pack to try a set of strip lashes that feel soft and look wearable for everyday use. These lashes have a wispy, natural pattern that doesn’t read too dramatic but still adds noticeable length and definition. The band is infused with peptides and biotin and feels more flexible than some other strips I’ve tried. That made them easier to position along my lash line and more comfortable to wear for several hours. The glue included in the pack works well with the bands. It sticks quickly and holds without lifting at the corners, and I didn’t get irritation on sensitive eyes when I wore them a few times. Removal was gentle, and the lash strips held up through a couple of wears with careful handling. Update: I was able to wear these 5 times! I wore them 4 days in a row w/ minor glue touchups then a again for the 5th time. On the 6th time they started to shed a little bit. THESE HOLD UP WONDERFULLY!!! ----- Ohhh I LOVE THEM! As fluffy as they are, they could still pass as natural. I was really hoping I would love these… I got them out to trim them to what I thought would be my eyes size, and they just looked ridiculous on me. I looked like I had little spiders dangling off my eyes. But they are so light and comfortable I really wanted them to work! So I took the outside edge and trimmed off even more… Voilà! I love them! I was running around with no make up on the other day and only had these on after I had trimmed them up, and people kept asking me if I had mascara on of why did my lashes look so good. They are gorgeous! I did use the included glue even though I prefer applying my lashes with a brush. It was easy to put directly onto the last strip and of course dried clear. It stays on well, it hasn't come loose during the day at all. I sleep in my lashes on a special pillow so I can usually get away with wearing them up to 5 days in a row. These barely came loose at the edge overnight so I was able to wake up and just do a small touchup with one of my brush glues. These are too much for monolids unless you’re specifically going for a glam look. The lashes are quite long and lean much more glam than the daintier, minimal styles from Japan and Korea, so they feel overwhelming on my eyes and not suitable for daily wear. That said, the band is very thin, much thinner than other Ardell lashes I’ve tried in the past that had very thick bands I really disliked, so these are easier to work with. I even tried styling them into a manga/K-pop idol look by clumping them with lotion, but they still felt like too much for my monolids. I always throw away the included glue and always use my own Duo glues, but since the included glue was from Duo I gave it a try, and I like it a lot.
