I'm a bit of an ol' schooler, in that, I was skeptical about buying a "washable" rug. I read the reviews and was worried it would look and feel like a sheet on the floor. Too me, it felt like a gamble, and I'm usually not a gambler but in this case, I decided to go big or go home. As such, I purchased two (one 8×10 for the dining room and one 9×12 for the living room. I feel like I won big on this one. Not only was the purchase economical, but they look great! They are both super soft and they don't look cheap! They're really soft. I placed a rug pad under the one in the living room and a grip pad under the one in the dining room. I probably could have saved the money and skipped the rug pad because I don't know that it made much of a difference. As such, when I ordered two more for bedrooms, I skipped them. I gave them four stars because every so often, I have to smooth out slight buckles and it's too thin to vacuum, but I still love them and feel like I got a great bang for the buck, that I feel really good about.
