Edit - now I am seeing an alert I should expect to receive a credit back onto my account on January 21. I returned these on December 24. This seems like a sketchy return process. It should not take a month to refund me. I will not be ordering from Ariat again. They are clearly discouraging people to make returns but this misses the point that it is difficult to buy footwear online and they are making it more difficult.) I thought these were super cute, unfortunately they didn't fit my calf and are not available in a wide. They are cute although they also seemed a little short for the size. I returned them on December 24. I see they arrived back to the warehouse on the 27th. I called Customer service yesterday because they still have not received my return. I was told yesterday that my return will arrive by PAPER CHECK in 2-3 more days. That is absurd. I have never in my life received a paper check for an Amazon return. I would understand if it took a little while longer for the return to process since it was during the holidays but I am astonished to hear that I need to watch the mail for a paper check. Ariat has excellent qualities so I was really disappointed to learn that the return is so onerous. It's almost like it's being made difficult to do a return even though they should understand that people are ordering shoes online sight unseen and there may be fit issues. A briefly tried them on indoors the way you would if you were in a store and I couldn't even get them all the way on my feet, I immediately packaged them right back up and then returned them. They are brand new and still with tags on - it should not take this long to process a refund. I am now leery of purchasing from Ariat again which is a disappointment because I like their designs a lot. Read more

I wore these boots for the first time at an event where I was standing and walking most of the day, and they were absolutely perfect! I was initially worried about wearing them for such a long day, but they turned out to be incredibly comfortable and stylish. I ordered an 8 wide, and the fit was just right. Highly recommend!
