I have a carpet floor yet this power tower is sturdy. It took an hour or so to put it together. It wasn't very simple but that must be unexpected to keep the product sturdy. The resistance bands are not very useful since they don't give significant resistance. The only caveat is that if you have limited space, you will need to be resourceful in how you place it so you can use either side for bench and ab workout/pushups. Works great, the bench and pull up bar are amazing. The bungee cables have almost no tension, the other clip handle is fine but has no use for me. Bench is comfy, great value for the cost. No missing parts, it actually came with 1 extra bolt for each type. May or may not be sturdy enough for some higher weights but works great for me (I weigh 135lbs). Read more
