Would highly advice getting protection plan and be cautious of tightening bolts too far. Should have no problems but for anyone 200+ the dip station you may have to lift properly otherwise it’s not as sturdy as your gym dip station Read more
Solid and versatile piece of equipment for home workouts. The frame feels stable during pull-ups and dips, and the multiple grip options are great for switching up exercises. Assembly took a bit of time but wasn’t too difficult. Once set up, it fits nicely in a corner and supports a wide range of upper body routines. Good value for building strength at home. Read more

It was a good price but it’s not very sturdy. It’s also very short. I can hardly use it with it swaying back and forth I have it tightened. Placed a bag of sand on it to weigh it down. Read more
The quality and sturdiness is really impressive. Comes with good height and width so it is good Fit for medium to large to xl size of men. It came well packaged and assembly was simple and quick. Color is nice too. Good product. Read more
I'm a big fan of pull-ups, and I've had a door-mounted pull-up bar in one doorway or another in my home for years. This is a more elaborate unit than an over-the-door or between-the-doorframe type of bar. It's standalone, which means it is necessarily larger: it needs almost 4 feet front to back for the legs to provide adequate support so it doesn't tip over. It's really not that heavy, and is quite easy to move around if you need to reposition it. But you can't get around the fact that it takes up closer to 16 sqft of floor space. As long as you have the space for it, I think this is a pretty good, solid piece of gym equipment. In my opinion it's slightly inferior to a good door-mounted pullup bar, mainly because the space requirement and the fact that it does move slightly during use. That really threw me at first -- I (incorrectly) thought it was going to tip over. But in reality it just shifts a tiny bit as you pull yourself up. If you have it sitting on a solid floor instead of a carpet with a pad, you'll likely barely notice the movement. Still, it doesn't feel as solid as a door-mounted bar, so that's a slight disadvantage. A couple other negatives about the pull-up part: 1) the wide grips are reasonably well padded, but they are going to be too wide for most people. 2) The more centered grips are just straps that are velcroed on. These are loose and annoying. I will be replacing with foam adhesive grips. 3) The frame is a little bulky, and it feels slightly...cramped?...to get your chin up over the bar. 4) There are no parallel grips, per se, though you can easily lay a couple of pipes or thick dowels across the top for some makeshift parallel grips. On the plus side, I was able to put this into our basement gym area which doesn't have a door. So now we can do pull-ups, dips, and a few other exercises down there. I like the dips handles better than the pull-up bar. They are very well cushioned (why couldn't they use this same foam grip material on the pull-up bar is beyond me), and they are easy to quickly move to a different height if you so desire. Unlike the pull-up bar, which requires you to remove and re-tighten four bolts/four nuts and eight washers. Dips were a big missing piece in my home workout routine, so I'm pretty excited about being able to do them at home now. You can also use the dip handles for horizontal pull-ups/reverse rows, and incline push-ups. This equipment was easy to put together, the materials are sturdy and good quality, and it provides a (relatively) compact-ish way to target just about every upper-body muscle. 4/5 stars. As a pull-up bar alone, it leaves something to be desired IMO. But adding in the dip handles gives it a lot more utility, and I'm glad we have it in our home gym. Read more
