I've always liked this toothpaste including the taste. I like the consistency, the legacy of the brand, and I suppose the whitening ability though as a coffee drinker, it doesn't really stand a chance. But mostly because it is an acquired taste. See, I'm one of those nuts who squeezes the tube from the bottom and as a result, I live a stress-free life. However I married and live with a woman who does not subscribe to this theory nor do the children, now adults, that once and some still do, live under my roof. Sadly for them, and lucky for me, they all hate the taste and consistency of this toothpaste and thus never use it. This means that my personal tube of paste is never crushed from the center, never has a messy, gooey lid, and nobody with a cold rubs their virus-ridden, toothbrush bristles along the opening. This is the best toothpaste in the world. I feel like it cleans my teeth so thoroughly and it makes them very white as well. I drink a lot of tea and coffee and this really removes my teeth stains. Oddly, my preferred choice of the 170g tube is not available for shipping to my country. This bundle was therefore my second choice. However. I was not deterred. Regular use of A & H has meant only one dentist visit in 5 years, and that was for a broken tooth, not decay. Woohoo !! Read more
