My 3 month old puppy loves this chew toy. It is super durable and barely looks worn after many hours of intense chewing. I like that the tail can hook onto the side of his play pen so he can chew it from different angles. The only negative is it is HARD if it gets dropped on your toes. Read more

Not sure if this is really a "dental" product as there is no minty scent to it as advertised. It's also very heavy and our puppy can't carry it. I was also disappointed to read on the package that it's not meant to be ingested in any way, meaning it's just a slab of non minty plastic that would harm our dog if a piece were to break off. I was expecting this product to be more of a durable rubber material great for tossing in the backyard. However, I was surprised to find it's a hard plastic (the kind that you could clang against glass you know what I mean?). Still though, hard plastic means it's easy to clean so I wasn't upset. My dog gave this toy a whirl and loves it!! It is her second go to when she's looking for something hard to gnaw on (vs. her normal plush, squeaker toys) when she's tired of her antler. I was surprised to see how much she likes it. I also like this product because it probably cleans her teeth as something she's gnawed on and it's become jagged. With that said, when she gets up, there are tiny little blue specks everywhere and I don't love the idea that she might be ingesting them and not just spitting them out. It also makes it annoying for me to clean and the snout and tail of it where she's chewed as become kind of sharp and jagged which I also don't love for her safety (she now only gets it when I'm around). So, overall, not bad it's super cute, but maybe check out all your options first. Read more

We have a pug and she seems to like particular chew toys and so I saw this and ordered it for her. It was fairly inexpensive and we like to give her a lot of things to try because she can be weird about what she really really likes. Ever since she first put her mouth on it, she hasn't let it get too far away from her. She'll always come back to what is now known as "Alligator". I suspect it must taste nice since she enjoys it so much, but then again, she likes weird things so who knows. She chews on the nose part primarily and she's had it a while and hasn't really made that much of a dent. She's a pug, so keep in mind she can only do so much damage unless it's something that belongs to you and not her, then she can tear it up in about 3 mins. All in all, I'd recommend this to anyone with a smaller dog like ours. I have no idea how long it would last for a larger dog, though. I also like the color, as I suspect she might also since it's a nice bright tropical blue color. Read more

I received the dinosaur variation as part of a Pupbox and I never would have chosen this toy at the store for my girl myself. But once she tried it, she was obsessed! She gnawed it into a shank so I decided to try the alligator shape and she’s equally as excited for this one! It quickly became her favorite chew toy and now is creating sharp points again so I foresee myself buying more in different shapes to try. At the price point, it’s easy to justify with how much she loves it and it works well to keep her teeth clean! Read more
