Using this alongside another brand instead of a clay and it’s a game changer. It’s not heavy, it smells good, clumps pretty well and I am not vacuuming every day to get rid of the litter Read more

So to give you an introduction to my litter box situation, I use an automatic litterbox that scoops 15 minutes after it detects motion, and dumps it into a tray that you can line with a bathroom trash bag. I've used it for a few years now, and I've been primarily using Tidy Max Multi Action Lightweight cat litter with it, since the regular weighted cat litter sticks and cakes to the bottom (basically getting suck underneath the scooper so it stinks after 1-2 days). When I saw this cat litter I knew I had to give it a try, and I can tell you... I have found way more positives than negatives: Positives: - This bag fills the large plastic pail Tidy Cats sells. Is about the same weight as the lightweight formula, and is HALF the price. I spend $22 on the refill boxes for the pail. This is $10. - Because of the litterbox I use, it does absorb extremely well and gets scooped out before any issues can arise with it caking to the bottom. Unless my cats dig too far down - I haven't had that issue though. - It's not clay based so it's more natural for my cats. And easier on their paws. And WAY LESS DUST. - For me at least (I've seen complaints about the smell), I appreciate that it doesn't start to smell like urine after 1-2 days. I still change out the tray and scoop out any excess every 2-3 days but... it still smells good! Negative: - When I first switched it out.... I will say I was not PLEASED with the scent of the litter, though I prefer it to urine. It reminded me of the smell my Method All-Purpose cleaner has, which was a bit concerning but I know that IF essential oils are used as an odor blocker IT WILL HAVE A STRONG SMELL AT LEAST AT FIRST. If your cats are scent sensitive... this might not be a good idea. But it does block a lot if the urine/ammonia smells that other litters claim to block. All in all... I enjoy this litter. I've only had it for about a week and if that changes I'll update my review but so far, I'm a fan. Read more

I've been using this same product for as long as I can remember it being sold. Never an issue one! I see denouncers rating stating "it's too messy" & "there's litter everywhere" LOL. It clumps great and the odor is a refreshing, minimal perfume. They're cats, they're in charge, deal with it. I just run a dust mop (janitorial 2.5ft wide) around the place once or twice a day. (depending how anal I'm being that particular day) I love this litter more today than ever. So do my cats. Read more

Only four stars because the scent reminds me of pine-scented cleaning products from my childhood. Otherwise, give it a try for it's clumping, low dust and light-weight qualities. Read more

So much better than clay litter. I bought because clay litter left a layer of dust on everything, this litter doesn't do that at all and its easier on my vacuum as well. The smell is a little strong at first but it fades over a couple days to a light scent which is nice. It also clumps well and lasts a long time. Best litter I've tried for sure. Read more

I've been searching for natural cat litter with less dust, unscented for years. I tried many products, and when I found this one, I was excited. But unfortunate, this is not the one. No dust is great, but really, litter sand is EVERYWHERE, i can't take it. I'll back to world's best catlitter for now, but I still have to keep searching. - PRO: No dust, clean smell, odor gone (poop, pee), natural, affordable price. light weight. - CON: Tracking too much, it's everywhere in a house, I have to vacuum everyday. My cats and I like unscented, this Fragrance is too strong. Read more

This is the best place to get this litter it’s affordable - this one might be Lavender scent - had no idea and you can actually smell the lavender when you change it. If you’re like me and end up changing the entire box without occasional sifting (which I always start like a New Year’s resolution) emptying out the entire is so clean and easy - it’s an enabler - I prefer this over the walnut one - Read more
