ARM HAMMER Odor Blasters In-Wash Scent Booster Laundry Scent Booster Fresh Escape scent 24 Oz

I was a huge Downy and Dreft scent bead buyer. I bought them like clockwork. Downy ocean mist and Drift scent beads were a must in my home. They were being bought every 2 weeks and I use to get the large sizes. Then I got a coupon and tried Arm & Hammer tropical paradise from my local grocery store and fell in love but only could find it in one store and they sold the small version, so I came to Amazon to find the larger version but don’t this it exist. I ended up buying a few of these Tropical Paradise scent as well as the Fresh Burst scent. Both me and daughter love these as they’re so strong. Much stronger than Downy and Dreft and you don’t need to use a lot. I basically only need a cap full as recommended compared to using 2-3 caps of Downy and Dreft to achieve the scent I’m getting from these. The scent is so pretty and it actually last. The price is absolutely amazing so much less than Downy and Dreft but so much better than them. My pocket is thanking me and my clothes have never smell so good. Gain Scent Beads and Downy Unstoppables advertise like crazy. I'm sure these are high profit items, probably cost pennies to make. Anyway, the Arm & Hammer is much cheaper per ounce and I'm sure it's just as good. Good enough for me anyway. I had never used laundry scents. I always thought of them as unnecessary expense. But I had some towels that got musty and the smell didn't come out after a couple of washings. So, I figured I would just once buy some scent beads and probably never again. But I was surprised to find that yeah, it is kinda nice to have a little fragrance. But I'm not going to pay Downy/Gain prices for the privilege. This seems like it is worth the price. Note that these are granules. Smaller than scent beads. That makes it denser per volume. These bottles are heavier for their size than the beads are. So, you probably can use less. I think the normal recommendation is to put the product directly in the washer bin when you start your load. But that seems like most of the product would be rinsed out during the rinse cycle. I do not use fabric softener. I understand that fabric softener is actually detrimental to fabric life. But that means I can put the scent in the softener bin of my washer and use less of the product. I fill my softener bin about half-way with the scent and that gets me what I want while not using a ton of product each time. Read more

Makes clothes smell good. It’s a good sized bottle and amount for the price. Works well to make clothes smell fresh. A great scent although it is a bit strong if your sensitive to smells, but that means it'll last long on the clothes. Read more
