I have a hard time with a lot of toothpastes because I don't like the little balls in them, I don't like intense flavor, and I have a hard time trusting that the toothpastes aren't going to affect my teeth negatively. Arm and Hammer does a great job with a lot of their toothpastes being baking soda and peroxide, the old school way. I use this because its healthy re: bacteria, etc. Not the best flavor for me, but definitely not overwhelming and even if I don't see immed whitening results, from a bacteria standpoint, I do use this at least once daily and then use my normal toothpaste too. Fresh tube comes out a little bit liquidy at beginning - FYI if you are new to using it - - but then consistency is fine. Read more
