Best toothpaste I’ve ever used. I’m 73 and still have all my teeth. So I know how to take care of teeth. I’ve started using this brand almost a year ago. And I’m amazed how much better this is to any other brand I’ve used before. It makes taking care of teeth and gum health so much easier and better. Occasionally I’m not able to follow my daily routine and this paste makes up for those kind of times. Otherwise my daily routine is as follows: in the morning after breakfast and in the early evening 3 or 4 hours before bedtime. First thing in the morning drink a glass of water. This helps your digestion of breakfast rather than washing out and spitting out saliva before breakfast (that saliva helps in digestion). After breakfast use a WaterPik in and around your teeth and gums. Next brush with this paste and an electric brush. Then use your favorite Dental Floss. Finally I use a non-alcohol mouth wash. The more attention you spend on your routine, the less likely you are to eat snacks between meals. Especially in the evening. And then an occasional quick water pic and manual brush during the day. It’s been decades since I’ve needed a dentist for anything except a dental cleaning (which I do 2 times a year and 3 times every 2nd year). Avid user of this toothpaste because there really isn't much better for your teeth and gums than baking soda mixed with flouride, it's a simple solution that just works. And the mint flavoring is good without being overpowering. This toothpaste doesn't give you that "showered mouth" feeling that aquafresh does, which I used for years previously, but it does feel good and more importantly, it's the best for your teeth, enamel and gums. I Love this toothpaste. It was recommended by my dentist. I was hesitant. Once I tried it, loved it. A little goes a long way! My mouth feels Xtra clean after brushing.
