I really like this fabric softener. It leaves my clothes soft and with a clean, fresh smell that is not overpowering. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts for many loads. It works well on towels and everyday clothes, and it doesn’t leave any heavy residue. I also like that the scent feels light and not too strong. I love this detergent. With the new locking washing machines that don't have a place for fabric softener it's harder to remember to put fabric softener in the rinse cycle as well as wait for the machine to unlock. This detergent takes care of that. Read more

I've been doing laundry for 25 years. In that time, I've tried all sorts of brands and products, from budget/value to prestige, so I have a fair bit of experience with laundry performance. Overall, this is clean enough for everyday laundry. I don't know that I would use it on heavily soiled laundry, like clothing from folks who work outside ,in landscaping or construction, but good enough for kind of 'normal use' laundry. That said, it is very potently fragranced. For what it is worth, my household typically does use unscented detergent these days due to sensitivies that cause migraines - but this was a lot stronger scented than I expected. I expected kind of a nice mild floral, and this was SUPER floral. It lingers on clothing. I will likely use this to launder things that don't have heavy soil and that you aren't super close to - so probably curtains, mostly, not clothing or blankets because for us, it will likely cause headaches otherwise. If you aren't fragrance sensitive and like florals, it could be for you. Read more
