I got this to use around the Gym and it is as good as I'd hoped. The magnet is really strong. So is the spring that clamps the phone. It was the stabilizer joints that I was concerned about but they hold really well and give you some great angle choices. It is a little tricky to put the phone in sometimes but I don't have the use of fingers on my left hand so it's probably just me but once the phone is in it isn't going anywhere until you remove it. This is a top quality phone holder. Swivels great, well made, quality materials, strong magnet mount. However -- it's really hard to get your phone in the spring-loaded holder, because the spring mechanism is way too tight. I've hurt my fingers several times trying to get it in and out. If you care at all about breaking your fingernails, this is not the holder for you. Just a bit more engineering, please, boys and girls. Consider a looser spring to gently hold the phone with a finger screw knob to tighten and secure the holder's grip on the phone. Read more
The magnetic strength is fabulous. The phone stretches enough for a large phone. The magnetic will stick to most workout equipment. The balljoint is loose, not stiff so up down is good, I’m not sure about it being sideways. However I would recommend and buy again if I ever lost it. Works well. Good dollar price for the product.
