I purchased 3 different AROEVE air Purifiers at the same time to evaluate them in my large bedroom area, which I also share with 3 dogs. Of the three, this model moves the most air and filters the best of the three. It can be set to work quietly as if it's not on, and there are adjustments for the direction that the air moves based upon where the fan oscillates. The fan can be set to oscillate in the vertical, horizontal or optical directions, and it is also the largest Purifier of the three, exposing more air to a larger filter area which means better filtering and working. I also like the small scent drawer where you can put/spray/drop odorize the air to help the air have a slight scent of whatever you choose to add to it. Note that this is not a large drawer but a very small space where you can saturate the small sponge like material, in the drawer, that will expose the blown, filtered air to whatever scent you have chosen to use. There is also noticeable filtering going on, and the whole filter is protected by a washable material you get that you place around the circular filter that is included with the unit. If I had only one to choose or to recommend, I would choose this one to place in my larger room to filter and purify the air. Why? Because it works. I will note one initial problem, however, and that has to do when I plugged it up and turned it on for the first time. When I first turned on the purifier and the fan came to life, there was a popping sound that came from the filter as it went through its purifying process. This popping sound, though, dissipated and finally or shortly dissipated all together, and now it's totally silent other than the fan itself. I have now had the Air Purifier for several weeks now and there has been no other popping sounds come from the unit, so this was only something that happened once as it was powering up for the first time. What I can say is that of the other three Aroeve units I purchased, this one remains the best! For one, it provides the most filter area for fair to pass through/over and that means, at least to me, better filtering of the air. Even while operating on high, it is quiet and non-intrusive, but also it's nice to have the air moving around the room so yes this is my favorite Air Purifier. Read more

The media could not be loaded. Intro: I hope Aroeve gets more brand recognition. I live in an apartment where airflow is a serious issue. It’s seems like it takes not even a week for dust to accumulate and this is with vacuuming everyday with summer here and temperatures reaching record highs I decided I needed an air purifier and something to help with air circulation so after some searching I decided to try this product. My Simple Review: It’s almost ready to go right out of the package. You just need to take the plastic off of the filter and add the additional washable filter, pop it in and turn on the device. There is a front facing display but this also comes with an app. There are very detailed instructions on how to set up the app provided in color so that was a 5minute ordeal at most. When you see a fan with this design you think back to summer at grandma’s if you’re of a certain age. Those old white fans were very loud. What I like about this air purifier is that it’s nearly silent on air purification fan mode at the lowest speed. This has 5 modes and 4 speeds you can control from the app. It circulates the air well even on the lowest speed. These points are what stands out so far. I will probably update as I continue to use the product overall I am very happy with this purchase. Read more

UPDATE: After writing this review, I was contacted by Aroeve customer support, who were incredibly prompt and helpful. I received the option of replacing the unit or a refund, which was handled quickly and professionally. I'm definitely interested in other Aroeve products, given the positive experience I had. First off, as a fan/air purifier, this unit works really great -- when it works as intended. Clears smoke, keeps rooms smelling great, and other air quality monitors I have in my place seem to agree. But there have been issues: My wi-fi signal in my apartment is strong -- I have multiple devices connected in the room where I typically keep this unit, but for some reason it started frequently sending me notifications that the wi-fi signal was too weak, resulting in the unit powering down. I moved the unit even closer to my router, and although I no longer get any wi-fi strength notifications, the unit still frequently powers itself down or changes settings on its own, all without timers being set or having it on "auto". This has been especially frustrating on warmer days, when the fan will change to Low speed or shut off in a room where I don't have air conditioning. App control is decent, although a number of options aren't found in intuitive places. Control of the unit through the touchscreen on the body is frustrating, although they include a "quick reference" guide to help you through all of the oddly-labeled buttons. I was hoping that there might be a way to factory reset the unit, but haven't figured that out yet. Apparently Aroeve has an updated version of this unit, so maybe they figured out some of the issues. Read more
