I was skeptical at first at how a polyester skirt could possibly be breathable. But oh, was I wrong! I was recently in a location with a jungle climate for a week, and I wore this skirt every single day. Not only was it breathable, but it kept the bugs away from my legs, it's long enough that sitting on the ground was a cinch, and I could swish it back and forth for breeze. It is really comfortable around the waist for me (I have a thicker waist). I love the pockets! It's impossible to wrinkle. The stitching is really solid and I think this skirt will probably last me for a decade or more. It's just thick enough that you can't see through the fabric, even with light behind it. It was just what I wanted since trying to expand my fashion sense. The drawstring at the top allowed me to adjust the tightness and the quality is very nice. So so cute. To be honest i thought it was more brown but it does have a black base. That however does not change how cute it is. I love that the fabric is relatedly wrinkle proof and its not too thin or thick. Obviously the pockets are a win! Read more

I ordered this skirt in the brown color for a photoshoot and it worked out perfectly! I paired it with a beige sweater and boots. I ordered the size small and it fit pretty good. I’m normally a XS or small in skirts depending on the material. I will say though, I do think if they had an XS, the skirt would have fit even better. It does have the drawstring in the waist which was nice and has pockets!! I’m 5’1 and it hit right at my ankles which was fine since I had planned on wearing boots.
