Very large. Works great.
We bought this Aroma 60 cup rice cooker for commercial use, and it has performed great. I followed the manual’s instructions and always got perfect results, even when cooking the maximum amount of rice. It cooks evenly, doesn’t get mushy on the bottom, and is very easy to clean. We’ve used it about 10–12 times over the past year, and it still works like new. Overall, no complaints — very reliable and highly recommended. Read more

Don't follow the rice to water ratio instructions!
it was trial and error for perfect rice, not so easy at first but you get the hang of it. I didn't notice any burning smell as some would when using a new project but I found that instructions for water and rice ratio was way off and made dried rice so I followed my elders rice and measure with finger and palm method (IYKYK). Other than that, it's an awesome size. One pot of cooked rice (60cups) makes an overflowing large Costco foil pan. I wouldn't reconnmend doing the full 30 cups though as sometimes a little less gives it breathing room to expand more. The pot is non stick and easy to clean which made it a breeze to cook 4 rounds within 6 hours. It's commercial quality and function as should. Read more
