This is an attractive artificial palm tree. We're using it in the lobby of our salon, and it adds some nice color to the room. As others have said, the base on this is narrow and you might want to put it inside a larger pot to keep it from tipping over. We did not fully fan the branches out so that the plant stays upright. We're going to place it inside a larger pot of basket and fan the branches out so that it doesn't tip over. All in all, it is an attractive plant, at a decent price. Read more

I recently received this "Artificial Golden Cane Palm Tree:6T Fake Large Tropical Areca Palm Trees Tall Faux Silk Plant in White Pot with Realistic Triple Textured Trunks for Office Outdoor Home Decor Hotel Patio Lobby" and it's gorgeous. It may not be 100% authentic looking from extremely close range, but it's believable enough to ramp up the "island vibe" on my back patio, so I'm loving it! This artificial palm tree stands 6' tall and comes in a very compact planter. The planter is filled with decorative stones that are glued in place. A few came loose in transit during shipping, but they were put back easily enough. The tree must be assembled, but each section is clearly marked with a sticker, so the process doesn't take long at all. The hardest part about getting this tree ready for placement is that it's too top-heavy for the planter it's in. It's nice that the tree came with a planter because, in theory at least, that means you should be able to unpack it and place it where you want, right away. That was what I expected, and I based that opinion on the product listing's statements like: "Each set includes a lifelike multi-textured trunk, dense silk-like fronds, and a woven-textured white pot filled with solid cement that firmly anchors the trunk for stability." This tree may stand on its own without support, but from what I've seen, that's true only in an environment where it will not be disturbed. After the initial "assembly," I had it standing in my living room. Later in the day, after being outside working on other To-Do List items, I returned to the living room and found the tree lying on the floor. The house was unoccupied when it fell, so I never determined what caused it to fall. I ended up placing it on the back patio (lying on the ground) until the planter I ordered arrived. Once inside a larger, decorative planter and stabilized it with some landscape gravel for weight, it's been staying in place perfectly. My point? It *can* stand on its own, but I strongly encourage making it more stable than it is by itself. A decorative planter and some sand/gravel should do the trick, but base the size/volume on your personal environment. I get a decent amount of wind on my back patio, so this is living in a square planter with the pot buried beneath white rocks. This artificial palm was priced at $129.99 when I placed my order, and despite its inability to stand on its own, I'm really loving it. It did require the purchase of a planter specifically for this tree (and a lot of landscape gravel to stabilize it), but I love the way it looks. Read more

The TNGGNT 6Ft Artificial Golden Cane Palm Tree is an outstanding artificial palm which is extremely easy to assemble and once assembled, is difficult to distinguish from a real palm. The subtle changes in colors of the palm frawns add to the realistic look of this Faux plant. The artificial leaves are easy to position and the size of the finished plant makes its value exceed it's price. The size of the small pot at the plant base is disceivious an it offers a sturdy base for the plant. I recommend this purchase. Read more

I was so impressed with the quality of this faux palm tree! It actually looks real, and the leaves are dense and full. My main concern was that it would be too wide, but it ships with the leaves compressed together, and you can "fluff" it as much or as little as you want. It was easy to assemble; it's basically two parts: the thick trunks and the bunches of leaves that you insert into them. I kept it narrow and upright, and it fits perfectly in our doorway, creating a very warm and inviting atmosphere. In our gym/club business, the dim lighting, extreme temperature fluctuations, and low humidity prevent us from keeping a real palm tree. Now we have a gorgeous palm tree in our entryway, and it looks amazing! I have since put the small planter base in a larger, more aesthetic pot, which is easy to do since the included base is quite small. A great feature is that it didn't smell really bad or plasticky, unlike some faux plants. If there was any odor, it was very slight and completely gone in a day or two. I highly recommend this artificial palm tree to anyone looking to spruce up their home or business with some lush green tropical decor. It's worth the price for the excellent quality and realistic appearance. Read more

I love the tree overall it was pretty easy to assemble it's not really sturdy seems like the branches in the leaves are a little bit too heavy for the pot that comes with it so please repot it but it's beautiful though. Read more

This artificial golden cane palm tree is striking once fully set up, and it adds a nice tropical touch to my patio. The trunk and leaves look realistic, and the overall height gives it a prominent presence in the room. The biggest challenge is arranging the branches the material is quite stiff, so bending and fluffing them into a natural, full look takes some patience. That said, the effort is worth it, because the final result is very close to the product images. Standing at 6 feet tall, the tree features detailed triple-textured trunks paired with layered silk-like fronds for a lifelike appearance. The included white pot is filled with solid cement, anchoring the trunk securely while still allowing the plant to be repositioned if needed. Made with UV-resistant, fade-resistant materials, this palm tree is designed to stay vibrant indoors or outdoors without watering or trimming. It’s a zero-maintenance way to add greenery to any room, combining the look of a real palm with the convenience of artificial design. Read more

Love our little faux palm tree. We used it for ambiance by the pool on the deck. Great little item we found. It’s a decent size, nothing crazy big — but not tiny either. It’s actually pretty nice. Good value for the cost. Read more
