The high heat capacity ranging up to 450°F caters to various hair types delivering long-lasting results plus the ceramic-coated barrel ensures a smooth glide, minimizing hair snagging and pulling. The ceramic coating also reduces hair damage and enhances shine. I love the insulated wand tip and heat-resistant glove but prefer to use my bare hand as I feel it gives me better control. The curls are really tight so the slim barrel may not be suitable for those seeking loose waves. I like to curl all my hair then let it cool off before running my fingers through the curls so it gives extra volume. Overall, this is my favorite curling iron so far. It’s very functional and super easy to use. It has been a great value and seems very durable. In the several decades that I've been using curling irons, I've never had one this nice for this price. The first thing that shocked me was the length of the cord. It's LONG!! And bless their curling iron making hearts for it! In addition, this thing heats up very well and very hot, even at the mid setting. Great for problem hair. But thing thing I love most is the wand and the grip. The wand is very long, which is great for long hair and the grip is amazing. I have very fine hair that usually falls right out of the iron before I can wrap it. Not with this one! It holds even the smallest bits of hair tight and where I put it. I tried the new curling wand with adjustable settings, and I’m very happy with it. I like the fact that it also comes with a stand built in. The multiple heat settings enable you to curl various hair types, making it suitable for every hair type. My hair is very hard to manage because it is very fizzy and the wand at a higher setting gave me a beautiful curl! My sister tried it too and for her fine hair, the lower setting created soft, bouncy curls without damage. The wand heats up quickly and the barrel size (1 inch) is ideal for both tight curls and loose waves. Overall, this curling wand is excellent for styling versatility.
