I have very thick 2a hair that is either super frizzy or deflates whenever I try to encourage the waves. I was interested in trying this as a lighter alternative to some of the heavier products I've tried. I'm impressed with it and the quality. It doesn't fully work to contain the frizz (didn't really expect it to) but it does add some nice texture and help encourage my waves to be a little more defined. The spray comes out easily without clogging the sprayer, and the scent is light but unique. I will probably keep using it to see how it does with repeated use, and for the price it can easily stay in my routine. Read more

I'm not really the biggest fan of the smell I mean I like having a scent but this is just a little bit too much close to my head where I want to be able to work alone but that's more of a personal preference it really actually smells fine and I don't think it's overwhelming it's just a little too much at least for the amount that I need like one Spritz still makes a sense so it's almost like I have to commit to this smell over choosing a cologne either way I really do enjoy the smell it's just not what I want to smell like so I wish they could dial it back a little bit on that but regardless I found the texturization for my hair to be perfect and it felt it like it was capable of volumizing it as well actually look great afterwards the hair didn't look greasy it didn't look like it was hard it didn't look bad at all I was actually rather impressed because I tend to use salt sprays in my hair and not all of them are so good some are very clumpy or leave like a gel after like effect not this though it seemed to sink right in give that fresh beach hair looked thing going on so I think it was actually very effective managed to do its job. Overall I found one spray to be more than enough for me to get the texture I desire so I feel like it's very efficient and I think it provides a great value because of it and should last a long time. I got this for my son, who has naturally curly hair, and it works great for giving his curls extra lift and definition without weighing them down. The formula is super lightweight, so it adds volume and texture without making his hair feel crunchy or stiff. I also love that it’s paraben-free and includes keratin it leaves his hair looking healthy and soft. The spray is easy to use, and the smaller size makes it perfect for his gym bag or travel. Overall, it’s a great option for adding texture and volume to curly hair without any buildup or residue. Read more

This sea salt spray does a good job adding volume and texture, and the hold lasted all day in my hair. Unfortunately, the scent is strong which I could not stand. The bottle is also quite small for the price, and to make matters worse, about half of mine leaked out and the box was soaked when I received it. I think the product itself performs well, but the smell and leaking issues really take away from the experience. Read more

I've started using Sea salt spray after washing my hair to get more texture. This one worked well on my hair. (Not all do.) My hair isn't as thick as it was when I was younger and I have to use additional products after washing. This is a small bottle though. Read more

This is a new type of hair product for me. I have straight, short-to-medium length dark hair that I usually style with a matte clay or similar product. I like hair products that add texture so that my hair looks more interesting and full. It arrived fully intact, no leakage problems. This sea salt spray does add texture, but I found that it doesn't really add much hold unless I use a lot. I actually find that using it in combination with another hair product gives me a nice result with more texture than I would get with just the other product, and more hold than I would get with just the sea salt spray. The effects last me throughout the day. In terms of scent, it's kind of hard to describe but I like the way it smells. I was honestly wondering if it was going to smell salty or have a bad ocean smell but it doesn't. Since this is the only sea salt spray I've tried, I can't really say if the quality or effectiveness is better or worse than other options. The box is stamped with an expiration date which is 5 years out from when I ordered it. The price, at just under $17 for 3.38 oz is a better value than some competitors. Read more

I've been using this sea salt spray for a couple weeks to add some volume and texture to my hair. It does work pretty well at giving my hair that beachy tousled look without making it feel crunchy. The spray bottle dispenses evenly and a little goes a long way so the smaller bottle should last me a while. My main complaint is it had a slight chemical smell I didn't care for, even though it says it has sandalwood fragrance I mostly just smell chemicals. Overall it's pretty good for adding volume, texture, weight and increasing the moisture level, I just wish the scent was more natural or pleasant. Read more

Unfortunately, when this product arrived, about half of it had leaked out in the box, which was really disappointing. However, after using it, the sea salt spray does a great job at adding texture and volume to my hair. My hair held the volume all day, which I don't find very often with products since I struggle with flat hair. The scent is pretty strong and not ideal. It smells strongly of rubbing alcohol, which I wasn't expecting. It's not the most pleasant scent, especially if you are sensitive to strong smells. Overall, the spray does deliver on promises for volume and texture, and the scent and leakage are things to consider. Read more
