I wish this backpack were bigger, but it is still great. I have used Jansports and The North Face for years. However, this has become my favorite and go-to backpack. I do not like carrying purses, messenger bags, or having too much stuff in my pockets. I carry a backpack everywhere I go. I am big on organization and having items easy to reach. The best thing about this bag is that each compartment has two zippers. This makes opening the backup and grabbing items much more convenient, since you don't have to open the bag if there's only one zipper fully open. I am giving four stars because the laptop compartment has opened fully on me several times. This compartment zipper track is the entire length of the backpack. I often have issues zipping the compartment back up when the zipper is fully down. Additionally, if you do not entirely close the zipper, then it will slip and open. I have to ensure that this compartment zipper is fully zipped and in the middle of the right or left side. Additionally, I have a 32 oz water bottle that falls out a lot when I swing the backpack if only one shoulder. The water bottle holder is too short. I can easily fit my 10-inch iPad and 16-inch laptop in the laptop compartment. I can also accommodate the chargers for each device and my Bluetooth mouse. The USB charger port works well. The compartment with the charger port has three separate pouches for your charging block. The backpack itself is very durable. I have stuffed this backpack to the max and have not seen the stitching pull or loosen. The backpack has padding on the shoulder straps and back area. My shoulders haven't hurt while carrying this bag. Overall, the backpack is secure. Even after the bag opened, I did not lose any of my items. I just had to take off to close it. You will not have security issues if you ensure the zippers are closed and on one side. Read more
