This ashtray is great. The lid stays shut. The light is bright for quite some time. But after using for a while, the light goes very dim. The light didn't work upon receipt of the item. There are no instructions in or on the box and I couldn't figure out a way to find the battery to see if that was the issue. Troubleshooting tips during the return process suggest referring to the User Manual to replace the battery or light but THERE IS NO USER MANUAL, I even looked online to see if the manufacturer has one available separate from the product package but no luck.
