OK, so I just got this. I read through the manual super quick very easy and self-explanatory comes with a nice little bag to keep all the different attachments. I immediately got the thing running to clean my shower starting there. I'm gonna be doing all the slider framing in a couple days, but wanted to test it out because our master bath shower is gross no matter how much I clean it. We have hard water stains. There's so much soap scum and buildup I hate having glass doors just because I feel like they never stay clean. I turned this thing on and it ate my shower in a good way now mold and mildew and definitely have to spray first and then use the steamer recommends it just for mildew stains, but every gross thing in every nook and cranny came off my shower and shower doors have not been this clean since we refinished the bathroom. The only reason why I did not give it five stars was for 2 reasons one I'm not happy with the fact that I have to push the button in to turn it on. I get that it's a safety precaution, but when you're holding a squeegee in one hand and the steamer another, it's kind of hard wish there was a way to turn it on and use that button to lock it in place so that I don't have to hold the little nozzle. I'll read it a little more andbecause I wish that the little brush attachments that it comes with there was one that is at an angle almost a triangle shape to get into corners, but I am not complaining. I haven't even tried using this machine yet. The User Manual is a joke! It is so very, very poorly written and is lacking so much necessary information. 1.). HOW LONG SHOULD THE MACHINE COOL BEFORE REFILLING WITH WATER? This is a safety concern for sure! 2.). WHY AREN'T THE UNITS OF MEASUREMENTS FOR WATER GIVEN ALSO IN OUNCES? WITH A MACHINE LIKE THIS THAT CAN BE DANGEROUS, ONE WOULD THINK THE COMPANY WOULD SPEND A LITTLE ROE TIME GETTING A GOOD, CLEAR, INFORMATIVE MANUAL WRITTEN.
