Got the first one and worked great for 30 minutes then motor started squeeling. The manufacturer was awesome by standing behind its product and sent me a new unit within days free of charge. The scrub and steam mop is handy for keeping my bathroom floor looking fresh, especially with the rotating mop pads and the strong steam that loosens up grime. I like that it comes with several replacement pads, and they all feel sturdy and easy to rinse after each use. The large tank let me finish the bathroom and hallway without stopping to refill, and the swivel steering makes it less tiring to maneuver around the toilet and corners. The LED headlights actually help me spot hair or dust I might miss under the sink. The only small drawback is that the pads take a while to air-dry, so I usually wash them in the evening and let them sit overnight. It literally does the job and leaves the floor clean. Read more
