Bought these for our RV to maximize the space. This set has fit altogether in one drawer in our RV, where before I had some pieces in the drawer, others stored in the stove and elsewhere. I’ve only used them over the course of a week camping at this point, but they are of excellent quality. Used them on top of the Blackstone, in the oven as a biscuit pan and on the gas range top to cook eggs too. The removable handles are genius. And the lids are perfect as well. The ceramic coating works perfectly for healthier non stick cooking. Hopefully with care that will hold up well. The felt dividers are large and of perfect thickness. Oh - and the quality of the accessories shipped surprised me. Everything has a good quality feel and my initial impression is that these will get the job done for a long while. So far, I’ve only cooked one meal in these (bought as a “splurge on myself” Christmas gift, but between leftovers and eating with friends Christmas Day—and being sent home with more leftovers, it took a few days to need to cook), so my review might change after some time of regular use. I love the fact these stack together nicely. I live in a small house that doesn’t have much cupboard space. With my old set of pans, it was always difficult to fit everything neatly in one place. Since first seeing this cookware with a detachable handle, I liked the ability to start something on the stove top and transfer it to the oven. That was a big selling point in me buying this set (along with being able to remove the handle to stack everything more compactly). My first meal in this set — a one-pot ground beef & potato casserole. Food overcooked a bit (I believe due to the way the recipe was written; meat overcooked waiting for the potatoes to cook), melted cheese on top to finish off…..when I emptied the pan to store leftovers, literally nothing stuck to the pan, looked like it could simply be wiped clean with a dry paper towel. Since nothing stuck to it, washing was a breeze — a few seconds with soapy water & a rag and completely clean. That’s another plus in my book. I love these, but be aware that they scratch easily. My son used a metal whisk and the coating on my smaller saucepan is destroyed. The color and look are accurate to the photos. Definitely a good value for the money, a high quality cookware set. I love that I can stack them all together. I also love that they can go from stovetop to oven to table to dishwasher. Best non-stick set, even better than Teflon! You do not need much butter or oil and food cooks evenly. The removable handles are perfect if you want to use the storage lid and keep leftovers in the fridge. Space saving , stackable, versatile.
