I got these to replace my A50s and they did not disappoint! You don’t have as much control over the chat volume and game volume like you do with the A50s but it’s not a deal breaker for me. You can still control it on the headset with the buttons, but you can’t dial it in exactly how you’d want it. So thing to give up for the price point! Super convenient that it has a usb you plug into the console to connect it. I’ve never had any issues with connecting right away either. The fit is fine for me but it has rather a boxy shape to it but I still find it comfy. Have played for 12 hours straight and it wasn’t uncomfortable at all! The sound quality is great and you can hear so much going on in the game. Helped catch several people trying to sneak up on me in BF6 Read more

I've had A20 ASTRO headphones for YEARS now both xbox and ps4 and I have to say they're amazing! insanely durable, the mic can survive so much, the mic isn't the absolute best but its certainly good! Just make sure to swap out the headphone pads every few months! They only end up breaking suddenly never out of repeated abuse Read more

I have been using this headset in conjunction with my Xbox and family TV for gaming for over a year. The product has sufficient sound quality that is plenty loud, it goes much louder then my preference. When in use, the padding and sound also sufficiently cancel out surrounding noises to experience good game play. Connecting to my Xbox is a matter of plugging in a USB style dongle and turning the head phones on, be sure the Xbox sound goes to the headphones (in settings). The headphones charge through a usb C port at the base of one ear and take only a few hours to charge. The charge will last me several days of game play, they advertise 15hours, and I would agree that I get about 15hours out of each charge, maybe more. At the end of each charge the user will hear a beep letting you know that the headphones are low in power. I find that I have at least a game or two before they fail once the beeping begins (Fortnite games). This is my second set of this brand of headphones, I gave up on my first set after 3+ years of use. They began to have static in the sound making game play painful. I have had no issues with this second set, any dropping of sound or static usually means that the USB dongle has come loose and needs to be pulled out and placed back into the port on the Xbox, a very rare event. Overall, great set/brand of headphones thatI will continue to use and purchase. Read more

I have 2 Xbox consoles, one is in my bedroom and the other one is in the living room and I was tired of switching my headset from console to console. I looked up other headsets and eventually decided to buy the same headset because I was so happy with the Astro quality of headsets. They're very well made and sound great too. They super comfortable and I've even fallen asleep with mine on. Of course with any headset when it's brand new, it will be tighter fitting in the beginning and might squeeze a bit on your head, so adjust it to be a little more on the loose side when you first start using it, but with a little time, they'll feel like part of your head. It's so comfortable that I don't just use it when gaming, I also wear mine all over my apartment and will even wash dishes or do other chores around my house while I chat with my friends. The range of the wireless signal is very nice but if you want, you can also use a long extender cord to increase the range even more, which is what I've done so that I can even walk outside a little bit with my headset not losing signal. Okay, I do a lot of research before I buy something. Especially when it goes over the $100 mark. I was really picky too because I wanted a good quality headset to play alongside my PS5. I really think with this one I got the best all around bang for the buck. Sound is good and I love the way it responds to noise direction as I turn around in the game. So cool. It could have used a few more decibels of volume but it really is not as quiet as some of the other reviewers make it out to be. It has an initial click up in volume but I have found you can push it past that and get a little more out of it. Which is perfect for me. Also, I treat all my gear very gently and I will say this thing does not feel like it would survive and angry chuck across the room gaming rant/rage. But just don’t do that…haha. No need to get that mad over a game anyway. It’s god quality don’t get me wrong but it’s not probably as hardy as some of the others in the lineup. That said it is perfectly fine. Comfort-Oh boy are they comfortable. I wear glasses and I feel zero tension between the cups and the frame of the glasses on my head. I have had some good 4 hour sessions with absolutely no problems. With the material sweating is not a huge issue either. After long gaming sessions I take them off and feel the slightest amount of sweat around where the cups were resting which is going to happen with any headset you buy. This one just managed the sweat perfectly. No stick, no issue. All said, I would highly recommend these for those who do not want to spend $300 plus on the next step up. Read more
