The phone was great for the first couple years. Got the phone as it had boost loud mode for hard of hearing. I wished it lasted longer than that, as I really did like the phone. The protection plan was pretty good. The only thing is, it would be nice to be able to have the money go into your account as a choice of return method & that it can be return to local drop off place and they wrap and protect the product, since they have more experience.
