This is a great monitor, the color accuracy is spot on, the size is great, everything about it is exactly what me and my organization were looking for in a professional product for our business. There are no complaints there, and if you are looking for a quality professional display, this will surely satisfy what you need given you have done your research on its capabilities etc! However, as a renewed product I felt this should have been looked over better before being resold as a renewed product. This monitor had a blemish under the screen it seemed (it wasn't a scratch, seemed like a smudge or dust trapped inside of the screen) and a dead pixel which was in a fairly obvious place on the inside of the screen. I have attached photos of these and done my best to highlight them and photograph them, although this is hard to do. The seller worked with me to try and fix them before I ultimately ended up sending the product back (As of 4/5/2023 it has not been shipped back yet, it will be on 4/6). I would only ask that the seller who is selling refurbished and renewed products do a better job of QC checking important things like the screen for these marks. If you are worried about something like this happening, I would suggest just coming up with the extra $1-200 for a brand new display. Read more

Sharing this because I was pleasantly surprised at the "renewed" nature of this screen and want others to know it seems safe to buy. To be clear, it was clearly an open-box item that appears to have been opened, set up and then returned (some of the styrofoam packaging was slightly damaged and there were a few fingerprints on the screen). However, after a week of use there are no scratches, dead pixels, lines or color aberrations. It comes "calibrated" but I still used the x-rite pro with no issues calibrating or saving profiles. Would recommend as a great way to save $400-$500 for a "new" adobe rgb screen. Read more
