ATUMTEK 62 Selfie Stick Tripod Extendable Aluminum Tripod with Rechargeable Bluetooth Remote Compatible with iPhone and Android Smartphones

This thing is the bee's knees... the cat's pajamas... the coolest thing since sliced bread... and everything in between! I take this selfie stick/tripod everywhere! I've been trying to find opportunities to create content and this product makes it easy to record quality content on the go. This tripod is longer than some of the other products I was looking at, which is a plus for me because you never know how large a subject might be. I thought about getting a smaller one because personally I am only 5'2" but it's nice to have options. Considering this thing is almost 6 feet tall, it is very stable; the tripod base pops out nice and wide for great stability, even on uneven ground. The tripod/selfie stick all packed up is quite compact and I can stick it in a larger bag or backpack no problem. The remote control is indispensable and absolutely crucial! Some users have complained of issues using the remote but I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I just slide it out, hold the button down and wait for the green light to come on, take a test shot, and I am good to go. I've used this product both in selfie stick mode and in tripod mode. I will say it can get a little cumbersome after a while using it in selfie stick mode, so maybe keep that in mind if you are looking to purchase something for use primarily as a selfie stick, but for me this product fits my needs perfectly. I was able to get some great shots at a pumpkin patch I went to in late October and the results were amazing (last photo). The springloaded clamp on this product is great as well and fits my iPhone 13 with no issues. Though I have no doubt it would fit much larger phones easily. I also like that the clamp can be rotated for use in portrait or landscape mode. I have another tabletop tripod I bought and the clamp doesn't rotate, so I use this one for recording tabletop content as well. It's also great to use for facetime or video calls. The clamp is SOLID and I have no worries that my phone will slide out or get damaged while using this product. Everything on this product feels like quality construction; the metal pieces that extend the legs seems very strong and I feel like this product will last me forever making it a great value. I wanted to update my AUTMTEK 31" from several years ago to the new USB C for less cables when traveling. 8 also got the 62" stick as well. My original one is still going strong and has always worked great! This fits my Galaxy S25 Ultra with an Otterbox defender case with no problems. It looks and feels of the same quality materials and craftsmanship as my original AUTMTEK 31". Although I haven't used this one yet, the remote syncing to phone was super easy and the few test shots I did it worked perfectly! Just set your phone to picture or video, and it will take a picture or start/stop a video whenever you press it. Bought it for my wife who uses her smart phone a lot for calls. So far she is happy wit it. Not much in the way of instructions so when you first get it, no clue as to how it opens or how the tripod legs extend. Ten minutes or so of pulling and looking, got it figured out. One caution - those legs can 'bite' if you let them snap back in place. She hasn't tried to pair with her phone yet but will try it soon tho for her, taking photos a secondary need and selfies, never. Read more

It’s a bit long when folded up but it provides great convenience ,options and stability for taking pictures. It is worth taking with you to allow you the benefit of better pictures. Read more
