its a good idea but its distracting when driving, if they covered the top and it would just give the ambiance it would be good, unless you stick in inside a enclosed part of your car like the console to give lighting. you can use it as a annoying night light in your room too! Read more

I got these for my Kona but found them a little too bright for the front and I also wanted day/night auto shut off for the rear , which these don't have so I found another use inside my house . Night lights . At oh dark thirty in the morning I sometimes need to see enough to grab objects (like my smartwatch off the charger) but don't want to turn on a light and wake others up . While I'd have probably gone with red if purchasing for this very reason I find the darker blue to be a very relaxing shade that doesn't distract . At the asking price you get a very high quality build but limited capabilities . No color change , no blinking , no brightness control . What you do get will be worth the asking price as there's are so many possible uses and a USBC adapter works just fine . Read more
