Have had back problems for years and recently my physical therapist introduced me to Kinesiology taping. Don’t know how this stuff works, but it does! I purchased this package because it has the designated areas for “pre-cuts” and has the curved edges already, so no measuring involved, or additional cutting is required. I immediately use this tape whenever my back starts acting up and it helps SO MUCH! Other tapes don’t have good adhesion, but this one does, so I don’t have to worry about it coming off easy. I was expecting low quality for the price, but I was wrong. This is at least as good as the cotton strips from KT tape, and at a fraction of the cost. Strips stay on for days and days. The only con is that if you remove them before the adhesion goes bad, you have to scrub remaining sticky stuff off your skin with rubbing alcohol. That is much better than having them not stick, so it's not a big deal to me. These even hols up well when you cut them for different applications. Well worth it! Read more

I'm currently 20 weeks pregnant and use Ktape to hold my belly up. I normally use KT tape brand for sensitive skin (I've never tried another brand so I thought switching would be easy.) I decided to order this one, because overall it's a great deal. It didnt feel as sturdy as KT tape but when I put it on I instantly felt the support I needed. The downside was my belly immediately started to itch and pulling it off felt like peeling skin! I have no doubt this would work well and last for a while for other less sensitive areas of the body, but I absolutely do not recommend it for sensitive skin or pregnant momma's. Read more

This is my 2nd roll, first one lasted over a year. I had cartilage removal in my knee and this gives great support. I have a hard time wearing a knee brace because of my sciatic nerve. This does not irritate my sciatic. It is also easy to use, like putting on a bandaid. Read more
